Diagnosis of the fault for drainage of the battery was not discovered until 4th visit but when finally traced resolution seems to date to have returned our Kuga to normal with requested information readily forthcoming. Thank you

Ethan the second-hand salesman was really nice and friendly. He didn't make us feel that we had to buy the car. He was a good salesman as he didn't pressurise us into anything and said he understood what we were saying. We're just sorry that we didn't buy a car.
