Please can I ask that you stop asking customers if they would like their car cleaning and hoovering as the last few times / years I have been offered this service, have said yes and my car is never cleaned or hoovered

New car had Control Module Fault, returned car immediately, car returned to me still with fault and returned again, I understand a complete control module was replaced, New car not available for one week, but after waiting 6 months for delivery, what's another week???Dealership excellent, fault lies with Ford Motor Co. for release of faulty car at works.Dealership provided loan car, regular updates and assistance, thank you Lookers Braintree.

Great service. Only issues was I had exit appointment but when I arrived I was told my repair may take 3 to 5 hours......in the end I was given a loan car. Better time estimates of falts would be helpful.
