Excellent customer service. I'd asked for the car to be ready by 3pm so that I was available for the school run. The garage rang to say that the car was ready, at which point I advised them that I had a child with Covid and wasn't sure when I could get there to pick it up.They offered to drop the car back and it was with me within the hour. It had been a very stressful day, this offer was unexpected and a massive help. I cannot thank them enough.
