Olivia Johnstone was very good and helpful ,,lots of patience ,,,and very friendly ,,,,Braintree Lookers is very clean and spacious ,,,!!!!

Purchased the st edition new which in the initial spec stated it had a glove compartment light. It was checked during the service and apparently there are no fittings for such a light. Can anyone explain what has happened here and is it a case of nothing we can do

Happy with the visit but went for a test drive only to find it wasn’t the one I wanted so couldn’t really judge the car properly.I’m still looking around at different cars available but not in a hurry. I may revisit ford in the near future.Didn’t really get the chance to have a proper chat about finance but the offer I got was a bit high compared to other brands or higher priced cars have come out better monthly cost
