I dealt with Tom Knapp at the Braintree dealership. He was very informative, professional and helpful. His insurance product presentations were particularly great. My new car is amazing and I am very happy with my purchase!

We got on well with the sales person and he was very knowledgeable and helpful answering all our questions. He arranged a test drive for me which gave me an opportunity to find out if the model I had selected was right for me, however, after test driving 2 other vehicles, I decided not to purchase a Ford.

The promised vehicle wash and valet did not happen even though my vehicle was with you from 8.30am. My vehicle was not ready until 5.30 pm which is after your valeting service has closed.I have been offered a wash and valet when I next visit the dealership.
