Excellent customer service. My van was booked at 8 am for a service and returned at 10am as promised so I could continue on to work... would highly recommend lookers Braintree.

I was booked into Braintree Lookers because of a glitch in an appointment at Colchester Lookers . I arrived following getting lost ,and was very upset .The Receptionist took my anger calmly with great professinalism ,and was charming when I apologised . I waited for my car to be serviced and MOT completed . It was a calm environment ,and the Gentleman that assisted me,and explained the paper work was very helpful ,polite and understood that I had been upset. I can’t thank Braintree Lookers enough ,it was excellent and want to attend Braintree Lookers in future. Many thanks.
