The Sales Executive, Paul Castle, was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable whilst dealing with my enquiry. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he was endlessly patient as I chopped and changed between the different Ford vehicles and their features.

A good experience, had to wait 5 minutes or so to be seen by the allocated representative for my pre-booked test drive, but all required information was provided in a polite professional manner with good knowledge. Shown over the car with detail and allowed a good hours test drive. Upon return no pressure given with a sales pitch.
