Superb service from end to end

Great customer service, not pushy, and listened to what we wanted and delivered. Special shout out to Danny for being great and always available to answer any questions or clarify any needs.

Very easy process and updates during the day also good. Knocked off a star because updates implied car was being washed, but that didn't happen. Was not expecting car wash as car was only in for MOT and brake fluid change, but update raised expectations which were then dashed! Updates are too generic and need to reflect reality. No problems, staff courteous and efficient.

I was kept informed throughout the service and the service personnel were polite at all times

The guys that have been dealing with me have been so kind, they made the experience seamless and so easy, especially when I have no idea what I’m doing they explained everything until I understood, I will definitely be recommending lookers ford, to anyone who is looking to get a new car!
