I walked in with no appointment & met Malik who helped & assisted with every query I had. He was professional courteous & efficient. Great customer service all round. Really impressed considering I had actually booked appointments with other car dealerships & none of them came close to how we were treated by Malik & the team at ford

I was disappointed in the quote process where my first quote received was substantially more than my daughter's which was for an identical vehicle. Luckily I was able to compare the quotes and at the end of the process get a more realistic quote. I feel that it is in both parties best interests to put the best offer on the table at the start as I was very close to contacting another dealer for a quote, but was happy to proceed once I had received the revised quote.
