It worked OK, however he on line booking offered me 8am drop off . I knew the service department opened at 7am which is much more convenient for me so I dropped the car off at 7am with no hassle from reception staff.Why could I not booked 7AM on line? The communication about what needed to be done was with text and email which was a bit confusing as I responded to text and was not sure if I needed to respond to email as well as I do not remember getting a response saying the work I agreed to was taking place. Perhaps a message to say yes and ignore other means of communication would have been helpful.I can drop my car off at 7am which is excellent. I can miss the rush hour and get to work on time.So far all the work done has been done well which has not always been my experience at other places. So I am very happy with the service provided. Front of house staff in reception have never kept me waiting for ages and have been polite and welcoming. Overall I have been satisfied with the service you are providing. Thanks.

Everyone at lookers Chelmsford have been excellent in what has been a difficult and frustrating time due to Ford unfortunately supplying a below standard Puma. The replacement vehicle is as I would expect and the support received from Lookers cannot be faulted, I have already recommended you and will continue to do so. Thank you.
