My car was booked in for 10 I arrived at 10.05 stood in a queue for 10 mins to be seen then was told I was to late and they couldn’t do an oil change I am now being told there is a 3 week wait

Hi all,Firstly this isn’t a complaint as such, just a request for you to better your service going forward.Last year I took my car into your Chelmsford store for a service and thought I would wait with the car and do some work as you had free wifi. Tried to log into my work portal and it was blocked by your wifi. Just simply doesn’t work. There was no other wifi’s nearby I could latch onto sadly so just sat there like a lemon for 2 hours haha.I then thought if I couldn’t work I’ll play a game, lo and behold that is also blocked haha.Believe me I know this isn’t the end of the world and I can cope with being offline for 2hrs but I guess there might be a few other customers who, like me, come into your store and need to utilise their time correctly but alas they cannot.Cheers,Richard

Well disappointed as ford has stopped doing bumpers to help people who don't have the money to pay all in one for repairs.I had to get rid of my car as it was becoming a money pit for every time we took my car to ford I was looking at extortionate mechanical prices, probably more so labour charges.Half the things wrong with my car had been done the previous year, my folder was never looked at.But it's all too late now as I had to go and buy another car, they really need to look at labour charges as I know parts can be bought cheaper elsewhere that are still ford parts!, otherwise it would be illegal for places to sell ford parts!The videos are good too and appreciate phone calls.Yes I will be with ford again regards to my service plan, as the MOT and service is ok.Unless help is given to people like me I may end up finding someone or somewhere to do work if needed on this next car for me.

The first car we viewed was an ex demo in terrible condition, not as shown on the website. I would have given a lower score however the salesperson, Abi, was very helpful and professional during our visits.
