Notes provided when checking in car online did not feed through to the paper forms that were printed out when I got there.I did specially ask if the notes were on the form but was told these do not feed through.Travelled to Lookers Chelmsford for a complimentary end of warranty service last week.I had my 4-month old baby in the car and so called when I parked up to check I had parked in the right place for servicing. Harry personally came out to the car to let me know that I was fine to leave the car where it was and routed me in the direction of where I needed to go and what I needed to do.On the way to check the car in another staff member asked if I needed help with the pram (was squeezing through a small gap) which was much appreciated.As a busy mum, the stress was taken out of this experience for me so thank you!

Danny was extremely helpful from my first visit to see if there was anything appropriate to the moment I drove the car away. He explained everything clearly allowing me to make my own decisions. He was polite and friendly, putting me at my ease. It seemed to me everyone else in the used car department was also friendly and therefore I gave this a 5 star.
