Saves so much time doing this, then you do not have to go through everything again once you arrive at the service desk.Hi i gave this score because the team on reception were very helpful when i booked the car in for a service, and explained everything in detail when i picked the car up a couple of hours later, friendly staff and i will always book Lookers Chelmsford for my next service!

Don’t normally do online, maybe if I had called could’ve saved myself £95 and waited until next yearBooked in for a service as received email from you to book- on arrival was asked if I wanted the 2 year service, but car only a year old?!
