Your sales executive (Andy Marshall) was excellent, polite and accommodating. He also went further in making inquiries into whether the Fiesta was towbar compatable as this was a major concern of mine.

Found Paul Castle very knowledgeable about the Focus Active X and could explain in words we could understand. He was also very helpful when setting up the Fordpass App etc. and went through all the touch screen controls etc on the day of collection.
