I have been purchasing cars for years at Lookers and always been pleased with my cars and the people that have sold them to me, but my latest purchase by Andrew Marshall your Sales Manager was something else. it was brilliant, from initial visit to picking up the car. There was no pressure to buy, but great communication, super information, keeping in touch with me by telephone and email regularly throughout the whole process, letting me know how the car was progressing at manufacture, and transportation from Valencia Spain, to shipping to arrival at Chelmsford. Shortly before picking the car up Andrew went through the basic finance with me before your Finance Manager went through the inspection of my own car and the final signature of the paperwork. I picked my new car up at the time and day Andrew had given me completed the final document check lists and signatures and then went to my car for the best hand over i have ever had. It appeared nothing was too much for Andrew and if he is the Role model for Lookers you could not get better.
