My experience with Ford has been great from start to finish. Barry dealt with my sale the whole way through and always kept me up to date with the whereabouts of my new car. My car arrived sooner than expected which I was delighted about and Barry was very helpful when picking it up and showing me all of the features. I would definitely recommend Chelmsford Ford (and Barry) in the future!

Parking was a bit of a challengeDue to the overrun of the previous appointment, I had to wait quite a long time to pick up my new vehicle... some more entertainment in the waiting area would be welcome
