There was a delay picking my car up due to a fault but I was updated and kept informed for the most part..When I picked my car up the member of staff who dealt with me was very helpful and explained everything I needed to know to me.The team also apologised for the long delay in getting the fault fixed and compensated me for this Despite the delay,it was an excellent service .
