Andy Marshall helped me right from the start from when I ordered my car, giving me all the information I needed, including finance options and service plans. He emailed me every two to three weeks when my car was delayed, to update me on its progress. He was incredibly helpful when I collected my new car and even set up my favourite radio stations, paired up my phone and sorted out the Ford Pass. He was always helpful, informative and kind and I would recommend him and Ford to all my family and friends.

The car is exactly as advertised. I declined the extras like paint cover but that wasn’t an issue. The car was brought promptly to my nearest dealer. I was always dealt with promptly, professionally and kindly. Thanks Chris- great service!

Jade was fantastic through the whole process, even though it was over a year from ordering the vehicle to actually receiving this, Jade kept me up to date along the way so i was fully aware of the status etc. Great customer attention.

The overall service I received from Paul was top drawer, he's advice when I was choosing a new car was incredibly helpful and I'm very happy with the choice I finally made. Paul is always happy to help with any questions you may have and I never felt under any pressure to make decisions. Paul is clearly very experienced and has a wealth of knowledge which means I will definitely return when it comes to buying another new car.Whilst it was frustrating how long I had to wait for my new car I appreciate this was very much out of your control and Paul done his best to keep me informed of what was happening.
