I found Zahir Alam very helpful and patient in explaining the Ford Fiesta to me in a straightforward way; guiding me into making a decision on just the right car for me.His empathy with my friends has secured a return visit when they are next changing their car.I am very pleased with my Ford Fiesta Titanium which I find very easy and comfortable to drive.

We dealt with Andrew Gilby from the dealership who was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with regards to the Motorbility Scheme. He kept us informed all the way throughout the process. Unfortunately we were less satisfied once our car reached Ford at Dagenham where it sat for 4 weeks! due to sheer volume of cars. This we found extremely frustrating and quite frankly unacceptable. Of course, not blaming Andrew personally but feel the system needs to change as we were told there was nothing the Dealership could do to speed up the process and they just had to rely on the computer system to let us know once the car was released.
