James was absolutely brilliant but I have given 4 stars because I felt I was given a poor reception by the more experienced salesmen until my husband appeared a few minutes later when they started to talk to him instead of me despite me being the one buying a car. It was vip day and I obviously wasn't a vip that day at least to your more experienced salesmen ! James however was very professional.
