Danny was very helpful, he explained everything well. I didn't feel under pressure or that he was trying to 'sell' to me.

Paul Duffus was excellent gave us great guidance but we never felt any pressure to buy but this in turn made us feel more comfortable with buying he guided us every step of the way nothing was to much trouble very pleased with the service from all the staff glad we chose lookers defiantly recommended lookers Chelmsford

Andy Marshall was excellent from the start of the process when we first met in April, right up until the end when we picked up our Kuga.Andy was friendly, highly knowledgeable and utterly professional. He kept in contact every other week, in regard to the progress with the car.
