We went to lookers in Chelmsford we were early for our appointment but trainee Nicola came to our assistantWhat a pleasant young lady told us all what we wanted to know most helpfulThe sales person Tim was very obliging and gave us advice unfortunately he was unable to be there when we were able to collect the car and another sales man which I was very happy with .
