Everything easily done. Apart from viewing the vehicle and the test drive by myself, a nice touch was no sales company in the car at the time, the rest of the process was all online. Making things very easy.Paul arranged everything. Just leaving us to pick up the vehicle and sign over a trade in, again all done online with ease.

Efficient friendly service. Loved the updates on order progress every 3 weeks even though it took 9 months for my Kuga to arrive from the factory. It made me feel that my order had not been forgotten.
