I picked up my new PUMA yesterday. I had to wait because the issue on the ford recall for these cars, but I have to say that the staff at Lookers Ford Chelmsford was excellent. Jade Compton who helped with the purchase of the car was excellent. Keeping me up to date with developments on the recall and then helping me complete the purchase yesterday. I have also purchased another car a fiesta which we are still waiting for a date, but again I’m sure that the service will be first class. Also on the finance side with Emma the service was exceptional

The only reason we were not offered a service plan is because we have the car on a 26 month PCP, so it would be a waste of time.We had an extremely bad experience with a different Ford dealership where our previous vehicle ended up being bought back by the dealership due to the cars poor build/paint quality.This left us without a car, but Jade came to the rescue and in just over a week, we were in our new Kuga. We were nervous about getting another Ford because of our previous issue, but glad we did. Jade was reassuring throughout.I have purchased numerous cars from Lookers in the past. Providing Lookers stay competitive on price, I will never buy from any other Ford dealership again!
