I picked up my new PUMA yesterday. I had to wait because the issue on the ford recall for these cars, but I have to say that the staff at Lookers Ford Chelmsford was excellent. Jade Compton who helped with the purchase of the car was excellent. Keeping me up to date with developments on the recall and then helping me complete the purchase yesterday. I have also purchased another car a fiesta which we are still waiting for a date, but again I’m sure that the service will be first class.
