Pleased with service

I was disappointed in the quote process where my first quote received was substantially more than my daughter's which was for an identical vehicle. Luckily I was able to compare the quotes and at the end of the process get a more realistic quote. I feel that it is in both parties best interests to put the best offer on the table at the start as I was very close to contacting another dealer for a quote, but was happy to proceed once I had received the revised quote.

Tim was very professional and courteous in his approach from our initial sales meeting right through until handover. He patiently guided me through the controls on the car (first new car in a decade so essential for a techno-dinosaur like me!) and advised me I was free to contact him with any queries or concerns

Good experience start to finish. Craig was great but also anyone I spoke to when I called was helpful and knowledgeable, they didn’t ever fob me off because it wasn’t their sale.
