Put car to buy on hold for now

Following my initial enquiry to driving out my new car was an excellent experience. Jade was very polite, courteous, helpful and very attentive in all aspects of the purchase experience. Also, I must mention James who was excellent in sorting out Ford Credit for my new vehicle. My part exchange vehicle was included in the purchase of my new vehicle and must say I was very happy with the transfer of the vehicle along with the trade in price.

Andy Marshall was extremely efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and made the whole process very easy. He explained everything in very simple terms to understand and was always readily available to answer any questions, no matter how trivial.

Jack Sparks, Jade Compton and Emma Glazier were all both kind and helpful. I would recommend them to all my family and friends. Thanks guys, my car is amazing! X

Met with Andy Marshall who was very helpful and has enabled me to think through my options. My decision to delay my purchase was based on evolving EV technology and infrastructure, plus availability and costs of cars today. Based on my experience I plan to return when supply issues are eased and probably to go straight to EV.
