As a long time buyer of Ford cars we are so far happy with our new purchase.On reflection the only thing we did not discuss with your staff was the mid/long term outlook for diesel cars particularly in respect of there likely residual value when possibly exchanging with an electric car in the future. We would be grateful to receive your thoughts on this.

Paul castle was excellent from start to finish. There was a long wait on the car but Paul kept me informed. When selecting the car Paul was very informative and helpful in getting us the car we wanted.

Whilst I had been advised of possible delays I never expected it to take as long as it did for my car. I’m on the 3 year option deal, so the fact that had MOT my trade in car before handing it back was quite inconvenient, I thought I would be offered some sort of compensation for that cost? Especially when the car was being held in Dagenham for weeks before it was at my dealership ready for collection. No explanation was or has been given for that delay? Also I’m now waiting for Ford credit to refund the payment that was taken in error before I got the new car! Whilst I can’t really fault the dealership, I do think communication was quite slapdash after all it’s a brand new 3 vehicle so it didn’t need a 4 week “rest” at Dagenham!! I hope this review does hit someone’s conscience and I do receive some kind of compensation which I feel is only fair considering the wait and the lack of communication, which again I can’t blame the salesperson for, as if there is no news then what would they tell me, but then I think why wasn’t that given the reason for the delays once the car reached the country?

A fantastic experience from the team, especially Craig and Joshua. They kept me updated at every stage of what was going on/how it would impact things and then explained what was going to happen next.Very clear communication and nice, simple answers to potentially silly questions from me! The car also looked and smelt fantastic as I drove it home.Thank you!
