I'd like to express how very impressed I was with Nick Yianni for the way he conducted and handle every element of my purchase from enquiry to handover, a true consummate professional, absolutely made sure that at no point did I feel under any pressure, but rather supported and understood at every step, this guy could sell ice to Eskimos and they'd come back for more, I hope you retain him for a good many years as I have future deals I can see myself doing with this guy.Furthermore a big word for Josh who handled my finance process, nothing was too much trouble, everything was explained clearly and simply in an easy to understand way and a very efficient man to deal with, everything he said all happened exactly as he said to the timescales he suggested, you couldn't ask for more.Finally, we are so happy with the car so far and both very happy to be back in the Ford family again, so big thanks Lookers Chelmsford, easily the best car deal I've ever experienced

Andy Marshall provided excellent service as he always does. He kept me updated on the progress of the vehicle from the point of order to purchase.
