I would have given 5 stars, but for the 3rd time running two from Chelmsford, one from Bury St Edmonds branches the home address for some reason comes out wrong something to do with your system even told the sales person when the invoices are written out that their is always a problem with the address they say we will deal with it but the last two times l have purchased a car it's not been done or sorted this time Emma has assured me that she will sort out the V5 form with the wrong address on all the other paperwork was correct so well done Emma for that let's hope the V5 form arrives at my CORRECT home address time will tell.Apart from that, a couple of small things that were forgotten when l collected my new car number plates for my private number plate and proof of the first free service having said that l have been given a full tank of petrol on my return to Chelmsford branch to collect the plates and proof of free service for the mistake which l understand does happen after all we are all human.Having said all that, the positive sides are, so far, I'm happy with the car having only done about 30 miles on writing this, and l would return to purchase another car in the future if it's the right car with the correct spec and colour and would recommend the company.

Danny in Chelmsford branch was fantastic. My third vehicle from lookers and second from Danny. Nothing was too much hassle, and was brilliant from start to finish.

I felt our overall experiance of Lookers Ford was really great. When we walked in we was nicely introduced by Paul who took care of us. We saw a car on the forecourt which we really liked the look of so inquired inside. Paul went through all finance options, the extras you can get with the car like the warrenty, the scratch cover and the paint and window care. We turned these down but the 3 year warrenty but we appreciated Paul taking the time to go through these options. We intended to be cash buyers when we walked in but are always open to other options.Luckily a few days later we put an offer down on the car. As I was busy with work, bless him my Dad popped down to you to sort bits out with the car here and there and was almost the middle man so to speak. My Dad said that Paul was a great chap to work with. He said Paul was kind, friendly, had personalilty and was overall a very nice chap.Paul was overall a pleasure to deal with and made the overall experiance of the purchase very comfortable. We was also greeted nice and well by all other who worked there too. I will highly recommend Lookers Ford Chelmsford to anyone.Please pass on our many thanks again to Paul Duffus, we really appreciate his time.
