I had expected to be able to walk in, strike a cash deal, then drive off in a new car. In the end, it took from Thursday to Tuesday to get everything signed and sealed. However, the new car was delivered to my door, so I only had to make one visit to your showroom. The sales representative was polite and helpful. The covid measures were reassuring.

I liked the fact that Lookers phoned me to remind me it was time for MOT and service. The inspection video was very interesting. Andy's report on the service and MOT when I picked up the car was very friendly and informative.

The engineer Craig explained everything to me so I now feel more confident using the heaters.

Overall experience was very good. The customer advisor that dealt with us on collection of our vechile was very helpful and went through the result of the mot and service with us in detail. The only thing I would say is that j found the on line booking in service a little misleading as when I booked in on line it gave me a drop off time and a Pacific time for the MOT I contacted the garage at 12 midday to check on progress of car only to be Informed that they had not started on the car. When I stated that I had been given a time of 10am for the MOT the gentleman said you cannot go by that schudle. My question would be why state a time when booking in. Otherwise a positive experience.

Very good; we went in at beginning of week in response to 0% deal that was on and basically came out at end of week with the car, all organised and sorted :-)
