All very organised with good COVID restrictions on place - service was good although expensive and I was asked if I wanted the car washed and said yes please - but it wasn’t - overall reasonably good experience

Poor communication from rest of sales team when the sales executive I was dealing with had day off making it a rush to transfer bank details. I had to contact the person I was dealing with myself on his day off.

Efficient reminder and booking system. Had to change date, but got through easily. Booking in of car was fine, as was collection. All paper work on collection of vehicle was talked through very efficiently. Appreciated video of inspection. Hope that car collection and return is re-introduced after Covid.
