I just bought a Fiesta ST-Line X and am over the moon with it. Jade did a fantastic job throughout the buying process and was always available to answer any questions I had. Will definitely be coming back when I fancy another upgrade!

Friendly helpful staff

I am very happy with the service I get from Lookers. We would all wish for things to be cheaper, but I feel that the extras that I get (free roadside assistance and free car wash) make the whole package feel like good value for money.

I had expected to be able to walk in, strike a cash deal, then drive off in a new car. In the end, it took from Thursday to Tuesday to get everything signed and sealed. However, the new car was delivered to my door, so I only had to make one visit to your showroom. The sales representative was polite and helpful. The covid measures were reassuring.

Efficient, approachable, professional

I liked the fact that Lookers phoned me to remind me it was time for MOT and service. The inspection video was very interesting. Andy's report on the service and MOT when I picked up the car was very friendly and informative.
