I have used lookers for as long as I can remember and I have never had any issues ,But this time I chose to buy a new car and found the whole experience, stress free, and relaxed, i was welcomed into the showroom and was very well looked after, from start to finish. I would highly recommend Lookers to friends and family in the future.

My car hasn't even done 19,000 miles yet so why would I need brake pads yet. It did pass MOT so obviously they were fine. I do feel items are suggested to make more money out of people.

The service I received from Lookers was brilliant. Danny Batchelor the salesman who helped me choose a car was great. He trawled through the used cars available, after listening to what I was looking for. He allowed me to browse the cars which might suit my criteria in my own time, no pressure was applied, it was totally my own decision and he kept me informed from the start of the process to the time I went to pick my new car up. He answered all my questions in laymans terms, helped me with the tax, log book etc and didn't make me feel like a 'ditsy woman' . I can't praise Lookers enough - they were brilliant.
