A good overall experience and I got the vehicle which I wanted, which I am delighted with. A couple of admin hiccups which delayed matters but nothing major and I was well looked after for the inconvenience.

I have used lookers for as long as I can remember and I have never had any issues ,But this time I chose to buy a new car and found the whole experience, stress free, and relaxed, i was welcomed into the showroom and was very well looked after, from start to finish. I would highly recommend Lookers to friends and family in the future.

My car hasn't even done 19,000 miles yet so why would I need brake pads yet. It did pass MOT so obviously they were fine. I do feel items are suggested to make more money out of people.
