Had the pleasure of dealing with Chris Warren when booking my car in. I foolishly left my car with one day before MOT expiry and Chris moved heaven and earth to get me booked in. I was sent a detailed video from my technician which was a brilliant touch and a detailed and informed Health Check from Paul Horslen who gave me options and what additional work I did and didn’t want. Finally I had the excellent service of Richard Marsh on collection who was professional, courteous and brilliant.Overall I am an incredibly happy customer and would recommend this garage to everyone!

Chris was brilliant in the Chelmsford branch. He had a none pushy sales approach. Nothing was to much to ask! I was never made to feel stupid with asking questions as was reassured they were the right questions to ask and he was able to answer them straight away with no hesitation

On arrival at 7:25 was greeted by a gentlemen offering me a seat at the desk. Preceded to the Booking in of my vehicle. He then Continued to explain that my car should roughly be ready at around 11 o clock. Then he asked if I was waiting there or calling back for the vehicle.I stayed and was asked several times if I would like a coffee. I felt that the staff were very attentive. It was a pleasure to sit in such a lovely environment and read my book and my water. When my vehicle was ready everything was explained in detail what had been done with a few tips to keep an eye on.
