The purchase of my car was an easy and pleasant experience. The sales person Craig was polite and knowledgable. I acquired a fair price for my part exchange. The only disappointing matter was I was told the original retail price for the new vehicle was £38000 and therefore would had the vehicle tax cost of £190 but having signed all the paperwork, finance, vehicle sale etc and lastly purchasing car tax was told that the vehicle required the extra £410 as it was originally retailed at over £40000. That was a shock and disappointing. I have no proof if the conversation but that was what I was told. The reason I asked was to see how much of a discount I was getting.
