I needed a last minute check of my rear brakes for peace of mind as i had a long journey to do and was booked in with the brake check the following day. It was Extremely helpful of Fords to fit me in and do the check with a positive outcome and at no cost. Thankyou so much.

Was able to wait for my vehicle whilst it was being worked on, given a time on how long it would be and was completed within that time and was kept fully up to date on the progress . Also the waiting area is comfortable with drinks available whilst waiting. Great Customer Service also!!! Excellent, thank you .
