Paul was extremely professional in his job. He sold me an excellent car. I felt comfortable asking him questions and he fully explained everything in detail. When it comes to getting a new car in a few years I will be using him if he is still here

Very happy with the car I purchased and the service I received. It would have been 5 stars but I don’t believe the £25 worth of petrol was put in the car when I collected it. The petrol gauge was well under half way. In fact the petrol warning light came on that evening after about a 20 mile drive. I had to stop and put petrol in the car.

I needed a last minute check of my rear brakes for peace of mind as i had a long journey to do and was booked in with the brake check the following day. It was Extremely helpful of Fords to fit me in and do the check with a positive outcome and at no cost. Thankyou so much.
