Very easy process and updates during the day also good. Knocked off a star because updates implied car was being washed, but that didn't happen. Was not expecting car wash as car was only in for MOT and brake fluid change, but update raised expectations which were then dashed!Updates are too generic and need to reflect reality.No problems, staff courteous and efficient.
