Friendly helpful staff, appointment was available sooner than I expected. One issue was that I tried calling at 17:20 on Friday but there was no reply (website shows the service dept open until 18:00). Issue fixed on first visit, although I am annoyed that the in-car intelligence didn’t tell me the battery was low (Ford issue, not Lookers!).

An efficient experience, but not happy firstly that the hand brake switch has failed and secondly the cost of replacing the switch being in excess of £200.
