It was very quick and simple to use the online booking system and I liked being able to check my car in online prior to arrival to save time.Andrew West was very helpful and clearly advised me which one out of the 3 items marked red needed to be done for my car to pass the MOT. I was given 2 options for the work needed and I was very happy to accept his suggestion. He made sure I was happy with everything before I left and phoned me the next day.
