I was really upset to have broken my Fiesta's door mirror but I was quickly put at ease when I phoned the Lookers phone line and I was booked in for 3 days later. I went in to the dealership and was reassured by Richard on the service desk as to the work that needed to be done. When I dropped off my car, Lauren on the service desk was really kind and helped me book a taxi to get home. She even remembered my car's name. The service was very professional yet personable, and because Lookers Chelmsford could get me in for the repair so quickly, I can now continue with my plans this weekend as normal. I'm very happy with the way the issue was dealt with. Thank you Richard and Lauren!

The handover of my vehicle was smooth and efficient from start to finish, and all of the paperwork was taken care of. The operation of the vehicle was fully explained to me and I was given a test drive and a handbook. Tim Bowtle provided an excellent service throughout the process, and he answered all of my questions thoroughly. A most enjoyable experience.
