Craig was great, very informative, proactive, patient and friendly. A good experience. I would also like to give very positive feedback about Harry, who we met three times before Harry moved roles and we met Craig. Similar to Craig, Harry was positive, listened very well, made proactive suggestions and his follow ups were timely and not pushy. Both Craig and Harry represented Lookers very well and I would recommend them and Lookers as a company to friends and family. Thank you.

Danny was really helpful and knowledgeable on the packages we added on, made the process stress free. Also very understanding as had some personal issues but he worked with us about changing times to view the car and then to pick it up. I will definitely recommend lookers Ford Chelmsford to my friends and family.

I saw the car on the Sunday by Tuesday Pm I was driving my new car home, Craig Davidson was excellent in helping me though the whole process and any issues I had he has or is still dealing with. Can't Thank you guys enough.

I bought a car from Lookers and two weeks later the battery died and I had to be rescued by tha AA under warranty. The car was fixed and road tested quickly and efficiently the next day.

From looking for a car to buying one, was very easy with the help of Timothy Bowtle. He was very helpful and went above and beyond to help find the right car for me. Part exchanging my car was no hassle at all. Fords offered lots of additional extras that I could add on if I had wished to my new car. The service at Lookers Ford was seamless.
