The online check in service was not workingI booked my service in and mentioned I was a privilege customer. I was told I needed proof of this despite purchasing my car in the same building. When I asked Andy to look it up on the system as my sales documents would be on there he said he couldn’t due to GDPR. I then collected my car & when I raised the issue to Richard he said there are ways that the privilege discount can be ascertained which would have saved me time and effort. I also asked a member of the sales team to assist me which they did.

As you usual excellent service from start to finish, order my car on a Saturday and picked it up the next Saturday .
