Everything was good apart from the fact that there was only 14 miles worth of petrol in the tank. Not even enough to get me home. This first thing I had to do was hunt for a petrol station whilst watching the range tick down. A pretty stressful drive. I didn't expect a full tank but, considering the amount I just paid, a bit of petrol would have been nice, a quarter of a tank would only have cost £15 or so.

Have the car ready and waiting on my arrival for inspection as I had actually paid before I’d seen the car which should have been tue other way around.Due to a rush to complete the clean the car mats were left out and now someone needs to get them to Braintree or drop them to me direct as I do not drive near the Chelmsford branch ever except for the purchase of this car.Fairly efficient handover although slightly delayed as car needed rewashing and colleagues had not completed this.
