The handover was reasonable although I had to point out that the rubber mats that I had ordered and paid for were missing and it took a while for them to be located at another building across the road. The salesman, Paul, took us through the paperwork and set up Ford Pass on my phone for me and this all went smoothly. In retrospect I feel that I wasn't given a fair price for my trade in vehicle that I now think was worth much more than I was offered. I feel aggrieved about this although I am very happy with my new vehicle.

The overall service was extremely good. The only issue I have is the the survey hasn't appeared on the Ford Pass app yet. I chased this up today so hopefully that will be corrected.
