we were given full explanations of operating procedures (although we are not tech minded)

Because staff are friendly and helpful. Everything I said that needed done was sorted as asked. I was informed every step and staff r helpful with drop off and pick up of van . Understanding I have a disabled child and they fit in drop off and pick up around her school hours . Thank u for giving the van a clean to . Only thing that would be more helpful is if the van could of been picked up and dropped off but understand there wasn’t a driver available to do so and like I said they arrange so I can leave the van overnight and pick up next day . I’m called also to say everything is ok and van passes as well as emails . And again staff r always friendly and helpful, all off them , I wanted to highlight that bit twice !!

i booked on line and heard nothing for a week, in the end i called the service phone number, its much better speaking to a humangood communication when booking the service form a young lady, a call a day before and a call when it was ready.

There appeared to be no clear option to book a normal annual service?Good communication & staff pleasant to deal with.It is very useful that Lookers offer Ford Assistance, & a complimentary car clean.
