From start to finish the overall service was excellent. The receptionist was courteous and helpful, the service appears to have been completed to a good standard, and in good time. Our car was also cleaned which gave a nice impression and added to the feeling that our vehicle was in very good hands. Having the Ford Assist cover included for another year was also a big bonus.We will bring our vehicle back again when the time comes.
