Cust is looking too cancel his warranty which is now 7 days old. Cust purchased the warranty by mistake as the vehicle is covered by the manufacturers warranty.

I have already made a complaint early December. The manager contacted me to say he will deal with my complaint, nothing has been done. I've since discovered the fluid levels are low on the car i purchased end of November.

Found the most beautiful car getting all the paperwork sorted and i could get the car in two weeks then was told i couldnt get it as DLA had changed toT A was so gutted plus the gearbox had just gone so costing me £2200 to get it fixed so stayed home and cryed all week thanks james xx

Staff efficient as usual and explained problems clearly. Very happy with service which I have been using for 11 years now.

Car went in for oil leak 2/1/26 in VHc visually both drive seals leaking price quoted £542.71 (leak was reported on previously)price agreed. Previous to this 1/9/25 car went in for replacement wet belt cost £2000 told of same leak £215.00. Upon collection of car was told price was £720.41 which I was unprepared for. Upon query this was told it was diagnostic, but this was same leak from before.

I need to bring the car back .Part of the service you changed the odour filter and I can only assume you let something in the vent because it's making a loud flapping sound , I've had to listen to this driver over Christmas, and to be honest very disappointed.
