i booked on line and heard nothing for a week, in the end i called the service phone number, its much better speaking to a humangood communication when booking the service form a young lady, a call a day before and a call when it was ready.

There appeared to be no clear option to book a normal annual service?Good communication & staff pleasant to deal with.It is very useful that Lookers offer Ford Assistance, & a complimentary car clean.

Harry was his usual helpful, friendly and professional self. He explained that the alloy wheel had been reconditioned, and took time to explain all the instruments to me. I am very happy with my experience at Lookers. I also had contact with the manager, Steve, who was also very good. I have previously worked in sales and customer service so I know what good customer service looks like, and these guys nailed it.

Malik has been in touch with me daily sourcing the right vehicle for me but it seems I am too eager to change so will wait a few months until a couple of newer models arrive.
